The project involved the construction of a contemporary flat roof rear extension with feature architectural cladding, large anthracite aluminium sliding doors, and rooflights to maximise natural light throughout the space. The design focused on creating a seamless transition between the indoor living area and the outdoor entertaining space.
Internally, a bespoke shaker-style kitchen was installed with a large central island, premium worktops, integrated appliances, and modern pendant lighting. New flooring, decoration, lighting, and structural alterations transformed the rear of the property into a bright and functional family hub.
Externally, the project was completed with a large porcelain patio area and contemporary rendered finish, enhancing both the appearance and usability of the garden space.
