Noor Design & Build completed this high-end renovation and extension project in Newport, creating a bright and spacious open-plan family living environment designed around modern lifestyles.

The project involved major structural alterations to open up the rear of the property and create a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Structural steel beams were installed to support large openings and deliver a contemporary open-plan layout.

A bespoke kitchen was fitted with a large island, premium worktops, integrated appliances, and extensive storage solutions. Full-height aluminium sliding doors and a striking glazed roof lantern flood the space with natural light while creating uninterrupted views of the landscaped garden.
