Modern Rear Extension & Kitchen Renovation
This project involved the construction of a premium rear extension designed to create a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area for the homeowners.
The existing layout was transformed through structural alterations and the addition of a modern extension featuring a vaulted ceiling, multiple rooflights, and large aluminium sliding doors opening onto the garden. A feature gable window was installed to maximise natural light and create a striking architectural focal point.
The new kitchen was designed around a bespoke shaker-style layout with a central island, providing both functionality and a contemporary appearance. High-quality finishes were used throughout, including herringbone flooring, recessed LED lighting, and modern decoration.
The completed space now offers seamless indoor-outdoor living, increased property value, and a practical family environment filled with natural light.
