The project involved constructing a contemporary rear extension with traditional brickwork to complement the existing property while introducing a modern architectural feel. Large aluminium glazing, rooflights, and carefully positioned feature windows flood the new space with natural light throughout the day.
Internally, the property was transformed into a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. A bespoke contemporary kitchen was installed featuring a large central island, quartz worktops, integrated storage solutions, premium appliances, and designer lighting.
The layout was carefully designed to maximise functionality while creating a seamless connection between the interior and garden. The combination of modern finishes, natural materials, and abundant daylight has created a stylish and practical space for everyday family living and entertaining.
