Complete renovation of a period city townhouse across three floors and a converted attic, together with the design and construction of a rear luxury orangery: new marble kitchen, bespoke wine display, restored gothic stair window, marble bathrooms, bespoke joinery throughout, and full renewal of all services.

City-centre period houses demand everything at once: structural alterations within party walls, a glazed orangery that had to sit gracefully against ornate historic brickwork, and a hotel-level finish carried consistently from the entrance hall to the attic rooms.

The new orangery reads as a garden pavilion — slender glazing, a lantern roof and doors that fold away to the walled garden. Inside, the plan was reworked around a marble-topped kitchen and a glass-fronted wine display, the original gothic stair window was restored as a centrepiece, and bathrooms are finished in book-matched marble. Every floor, including the converted attic, carries the same standard.
