Question 1

Which parts of Devon do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We take on projects in Exeter, Mid Devon and East Devon, including Tiverton, Cullompton, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton and nearby villages. For larger projects elsewhere in the county, send an initial consultation request and we will give you an honest answer.

Question 2

Have you completed projects in Devon?

Accepted Answer

Our recent completed projects are across Bristol and Somerset — you can see them, with genuine client reviews, on our projects page. We are now taking on projects in Exeter, Mid Devon and East Devon and would be glad to discuss yours.

Question 3

Do you work on older or listed buildings?

Accepted Answer

Period and listed buildings need the right approach — appropriate materials, careful structural detailing and early conversations with the conservation officer. We advise honestly on what is likely to be acceptable before you commit to design fees.

Question 4

What does a typical project cost?

Accepted Answer

As a broad regional guide, single-storey extensions typically start from around £2,200 to £3,500 per square metre, with many complete rear extensions between roughly £60,000 and £120,000. Our published cost guides and calculator give more detail.

Question 5

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Send a consultation request with a few details about your home and plans. We respond personally, usually within one working day, and arrange a site visit where the project sounds like a good fit.
